Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, Wind Gap is a quiet town with a deep connection to the outdoors. Known for its scenic beauty and endless opportunities for adventure, it’s a place where nature provides the perfect escape. But each June, something special happens. Just beyond town, along a winding, tree-lined road, the peaceful hills come alive with the sound of music. It’s the annual Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival—a gathering where music fills the air, campfire stories bring friends together, and the best backcountry cooking fuels the fun.
Whether you're a lifelong bluegrass fan or just looking for an unforgettable experience, Wind Gap in June is where you’ll find it.
OVERVIEW
Mountain View Park offers a scenic escape in eastern Pennsylvania, making it the perfect backdrop for a weekend of music, community, and outdoor fun. Camping is included with a weekend ticket. However, single-day ticket holders do not have access to camping. A limited number of electric passes are available for $50 per vehicle for the entire festival. These sold out weeks in advance last year, and we expect the same this year—so grab yours early! While our campground’s electrical system has seen major upgrades, it’s still designed for light use only. High-power appliances like air conditioners, electric stoves, and even some coffee makers may not be supported. Electricity is intended for essentials like charging batteries, running CPAP machines, powering minimal lighting, and operating small shower pumps.
If you're using electricity, every vehicle must have its own pass—even if you're sharing a hookup.
Generators are allowed but must be reasonably quiet. Festival staff will determine if a generator is too loud for the camping area.
Get ready for a weekend of great music, good company, and the perfect festival camping experience!
